Dipper Pines is crazy.
Well, in the "witty towel quote" sense of the word, we're all a little crazy.
But Dipper Pines is a FUCKING nutcase.
In the 11 years following the temporary end of the world, Dipper has devolved to become isolated, neurotic, ridiculously grandiose, and dubbed the new town maniac. Following a half-botched, psychotically violent summoning that nearly gets him institutionalized, he finds himself more scrutinized than ever.
But the 23 year old recreational cannibal knows a man like himself is far too wonderful to be disliked. So Dipper Pines has decided that he's going to be better, in every way. And adored. By everyone. But he's gonna need some help.
By sheer, divine coincidence (nothing else, of course), help comes in the form of a begrudging, severely weakened, and devilishly handsome Bill Cipher. New and improved in human skin, and now bound to serve a man who he has obsessively watched during his time in prison.
But bound indefinitely to his screw-loose counterpart, Bill Cipher begins to learn what it means to be human, and just how far his past transgressions have gone. -

A soft melody is heard from the captain's cabin of the pirate ship rocking on the sea surrounding Neverland. The blond, eye-patched captain is singing loudly as he packs.
"Dream come true, little Peter Pan isn't little anymore.
Treasure hunting and wooden sword fighting,
Nothing is as fun as it was before.
Entering the old captain's cabin, in the pirate..."The song stops when he sees a green-clad figure in the night sky through the glass, guided by a tiny dot of light.
"Oh, that was faster than last time!" He opens a small book and nods when he finds what he's looking for. "Much faster! Welcome to Neverland, little Peter Pan!" He smiles as he follows the slowly descending boy with his gaze.

Summary
Lucifer was acting weird lately. As in being more of a circus clown than usual. Well, that's what pre-rut does to people, right?
Why no one beside Alastor worries about the King with no mate nor casual rut-partner in sight is beyond him.
Maybe he could enjoy it more if His Majesty didn't decide to have a problem with him specifically. Why, he didn't even provoke him lately! Most annoying!Alpha!Lucifer in pre-rut dealing with instincts, and Omega!Alastor being very done and very wary. Smut-like actions in later chapters.
