The Vongola should've been more careful about how they treated their Sky's. More than that perhaps they should have kept a better eye on one of their Sky's, even if they were just a sealed Sky. And they for sure should have done some recon before naming Tsunami the heiress of Vongola, but that was just their latest in a long line of mistakes where Tsunami was concerned, because she was nothing like what they wanted for an heiress. And when they realize their mistake? It would be too much to ask for them to try to make up for their mistake, wouldn't it? Nah if she won't be a good Mafia Donna then she's still useful as a Mafia wife and womb, right? What do you mean that's not a good idea?!
