The Doctor looks for Rogue on an alien planet in another universe, ramming his TARDIS straight through the edge of his world and fracturing every single rule he was taught at the Academy when he became a Time Lord, because, well, who cares about rules when someone like Rogue is waiting for you to find them?
He is vomited out onto a barren, dark place where nothing should be able to live and yet where life thrives, and with it, the Chuldurs. A story of love, regret, and pain the Doctor has never experienced, as he is forced to make decisions that may well undermine the beliefs he has followed for a lifetime.
Will the Doctor survive on this barren planet? Will he find Rogue? Will the two be able to get back to their universe safely and alive?

The train doesn’t rock, but the air is disturbed, the atoms buzzing around newly-compacted space.
