Summary
Hanzo Shimada has been attending therapy sessions with Doctor Angela Ziegler since joining Overwatch. These sessions appear to help the archer tremendously in processing his emotions as well as coming to terms with his troubled past.
He does not confide in Ziegler for everything, though, as there are many things he deems as too personal. Well, he tried not to.
In other words: Hanzo talks about how he lost his legs and a certain Cyborg finds out.

Summary
Cole wasn't sure how to feel about Genji bringing Hanzo to Overwatch, not until he actually met Hanzo. If Genji was willing to forgive his gorgeous brother than obviously, Cole needed to make sure Hanzo felt welcome. It was completely altruistic, no ulterior motives at all.
