Tumblr Prompt: A/B/Ω When Omega Buck comes back after the law suit fiasco everyone is pissed, Eddie is especially hurtful towards him. Omegas are extremely sensitive, and if they get too much negative emotions from their loved ones their eyes will become cloudy gray and they'll enter a catatonic state before they slowly die. "Hm. I noticed you here the other day. Bad week?" The man questioned, leaning against the bar. He didn't seem to know how to take a hint, but Buck didn't care all too much, so he sighed and met the stranger's eyes again.
"You could say that. If the week included the past—almost three months." Buck picked his drink up off the counter, taking a long swig in an attempt to stave off the awkwardness. His face scrunched in disgust at the taste, and he blinked rapidly in shock as he pulled it away from his mouth. Salt?
(Or, post-lawsuit, Buck gets roofied and it solves all his problems.)

Eddie looked up at Bobby and saw the same fear Eddie was feeling reflected in his Captain’s eyes. “What did you just say?” Bobby’s normal composure was slipping, not enough that anyone besides Eddie, Hen, or Chim could see it, but Eddie knew that Bobby was just as nervous as Eddie was.
The man from before answered. “Yeah, his name was Buck. He said that the two of them were on the pier when the wave first hit. He uh, he had a weird mark above his left eye, a scar or something. He had a pink shirt on and his kid was wearing a yellow striped shirt, I think?”“The son was named Christopher. Buck had me sit with him while he helped people onto the truck.”
Forget the truck bombing. This was the most scared Eddie had ever been.
Or: what if Eddie found out earlier that Buck and Christopher were on the pier and Buck was able to find Chris after losing him?

Summary
Buck isn’t cutting to stop the noise this time, he’s doing it because he deserves to feel the pain, deserves a physical reminder of his failures. Evan Buckley has known, ever since his first breath, that he was destined to fail everyone he loves. He failed Daniel before he could even walk, failed his parents and Maddie by not saving his brother, failed Eddie and Christopher more times than he can count. That’s why he keeps going, keeps cutting his arms and thighs until he can’t see past the blood and tears, keeps cutting until his pain feels more like redemption than suffering.
(this is my first fic so lets hope its not complete rubbish. Also I'm Irish so lets hope I've done a decent job making them sound at least a little American.)

“What do you think about going to couples therapy?” He questions and Buck whips his body around, still stirring the noodles in a pan.
“Is there something wrong between us?” And Eddie cringes, that probably wasn’t the best way to bring it up.
“No bello, no I’m sorry that’s not what I meant.” And it’s settling when Buck deflates, believing him immediately. “I meant like, going together, it might make it easier?”
Buck is silent for a moment, not long enough to be a concern and Eddie can wait. Chris is demanding more bananas anyways. Even though most of it is all over his face.
“I’d like that.” Buck finally murmurs when the sauce for the noodles is creating a pleasant aroma throughout their kitchen.
Or Eddie recovers and Buck loses Devon, they go to therapy about it and Bucks past is brought to light.
