Suguru’s eyes go wide. No. No way.
“Yup,” Satoru grins, throwing an arm over his face. “Total tragedy. Loyal subscriber, too. Spent weeks waiting. Then Sukuna’s ugly mug had to get in the way.”
“You—watch live streams?” Suguru asks, voice cracking.
“Hell yeah,” Satoru says, casual as anything. “There’s this one—pretty little thing, doesn’t show their face. Body’s unreal. Cute voice, all whiny and bratty, like they were born to beg.”
Suguru’s throat closes.
Satoru nudges him with his elbow, grinning. “Lookey—I’ll show you. Bro to bro.”

It would be almost comical if it weren’t also so nerve wracking; Satoru rounded a corner in the idyllic seaside city of Shimoda and suddenly he found himself face to face with Suguru.
Suguru looked different. The Suguru in front of him was not the Suguru he remembered – his face was fuller, his cheeks were rounder, and Suguru was without a doubt, completely and undeniably–
Pregnant.
Nearly-ready-to-pop pregnant.
Or: Seven months after Suguru defects, Satoru unexpectedly runs into him in the countryside. The thing is, he’s a little different; he’s pregnant, for starters. He also has no idea who Gojo Satoru is.
