“Which flavor do you want? Strawberry or blueberry?”
The fridge was packed with pouch-packaged jelly—new from WayneTech, designed to quickly replenish nutrients and water while reducing mess. Jason had heard Dick and Tim argue over which flavor was better, but had never tried them himself—after all, he’d never really been part of the pack. Why was Bruce asking? Was this his way of extending a pack invitation? With food? Just like Batman had done the first time they met, taking Jason out for burgers?
Bruce should know Jason had always had trouble refusing anything that could fill his stomach and ease that constant, twisting hunger.
“…Strawberry,” Jason murmured.

A wave of heat washed over them. A massive blaze lit up the night sky over the New Angelique. A chain reaction triggered by a massive stockpile of ammunition and detonators set the entire ship ablaze, sending sparks flying as debris fell into the silent ocean.
Jason watched the scene unfold, when suddenly a wave of dizziness hit him. It felt as though the ground beneath his feet wasn’t solid, but something soft and swaying, like fabric. It was the aftereffect of spending too long at sea and then returning to land—land sickness. The whole world seemed to spin. He steadied himself against the railing, drawing on his training as he slowed his breathing.

“No,” Damian Wayne says, kneeling before Jason’s kennel. “I want this one.”
Jason encounters a villain who turns people into animals.

Summary
Bruce didn't like doing this. Collective punishment was only for something went terribly wrong on a group operation and no-one was talking. If justice is going to be done he needs the guilty party to confess and if everyone is staying quiet then the only way to get a confession is punishment, specifically strapping all his sidekicks down to fucking machines and tormenting them with orgasm denial until they snap and tell him everything he wants to know.
