A few drags while staring at his filthy Vans, and he looked up. He regretted it immediately upon seeing those blue orbs staring back at him. Right away, a smirk formed on the blonde bloke's face, and he took one hand off the wheel of his old truck to wave at him.
Billy just gave a nod in response and took another drag of his cigarette, but the blonde didn't drive off.
