When you think of Albert Wesker, you think of this cold, closed-off, selfish villain who died in the end due to his lack of human empathy and rationality. We know he wasn't always that way, but that he was raised that way by the Wesker Plan. Some people say that one small change can tip the scales and change fate. To a man who believed his fate was nothing more than a corporate creation, outside forces sought to change that.
