The Black family and the Potter family grew-up spending their summers at neighboring lake houses a few hours off the East Coast. Then one summer, James Potter stopped coming. Regulus can admit he was a little disappointed when his first crush suddenly disappeared from his life. But it's been seven years. He's clearly over it.
That is until his last summer before starting college, when that same golden-skinned boy steps out of the car, grown and beautiful, and crashes back into Regulus' world.

Summary
It's here again. The Quidditch World Cup, the most anticipated event for fans and players alike, once every four years. And this year, it means everything to one infamous James Potter, the star Chaser for Puddlemere United.
This is his chance, his once in a lifetime opportunity to prove himself and secure his standing in the profesional Quidditch world. And it certainly helps that he has been summoned no only to play for the English team in the Cup as a Chaser, but to act as team captain as well.
There's only one flaw in his plan. The Seeker appointed to the team is no other than Regulus Black. The star Seeker for the Montrose Magpies, unbeatable, and insufferable. And James hates him the most.
Or, it's world cup time, and it couldn't pass by without a Jegulus Quidditch world cup fic.
