Summary
The connection between Buffy and Giles meant many things over many years. A single turn of phrase is used to explore places where I wish the show had delved more deeply. Follows cannon until after the show’s conclusion. Short chapters start easy and gradually get into more emotional territory.

Prompt: Episode “life serial” where Buffy keeps reliving the same moment over and over. Somebody suggested that she gets closer to him each time, but I don't remember who this person was so sorry!
This one has been super hard to write after Tony passed away. But I need to keep him alive on here. Giles is eternal.
