  Summary

  Taran returns from his morning walk to discover, much to his horror, that the leaves of the Attentive Oaks have begun to fall. His hair is infested with the things, and he is not amused.

  Written for the Emily Wilde through the Seasons prompt challenge.

  Inspired by Taran's comment in Compendium about walking in the forest without his cloak, and a conversation that happened in the Emily Wilde discord (I didn't join in, I lurked because I'm shy, but it was amazing).

  Summary

  ‘“The poor child,” Wendell said. “I am glad Taran dealt with the Lady as she deserved.”’

   

  Nora Thomas has been taken. Her brother Callum enters an unfriendly faerie realm in the hopes of finding her. When things do not go to plan he receives help from Lord Taran, who taken by Callum’s need for answers, decides to assist him in seeking out the person responsible.

  Callum remembers only small details of the faerie woman who took his sister but together they snoop and sleuth to get the story and bring justice for Nora. Along the way Taran and Callum become more and more interested in one another.

  Part early romance, part mystery! And badly summarised by me, but if you wanted more Callum and Taran you might just enjoy this!
