Go Won had been to Jinyowon only once before what happened with Mu-deok and the Mirror of Longing, back when Queen Seo Ha-seon and Lady Jin Ho-gyeong still could be considered friends. Sort of... If one were being diplomatic about it.
The two hadn't sat down and spoken to each other in almost two years at that point. The Queen coming to Jinyowon for some light chit chat was odd, to say the least. Bringing the Crown Prince with her was absurd.

Summary
