Summary
Dennis always loved sunrises. He loved them in Nebraska on his family farm and he loved them now, on top of a bridge in Pittsburgh.
Dennis can't remember the last time he felt secure, safe, loved, but when he was watching the sunrise over the water, everything else seemed to melt away.
Until somebody thought he was going to jump. Then he found himself thrust into the messiest 72 hours of his life with some doctors who seem to care about each other a little too much.
Not that Dennis can judge.
He just wanted to know what was waiting for him beyond the mornings on that bridge.-no AI, don't let that shit touch my fic-

Summary
Robby comes home after a long shift to Jack waiting for him, which is normal.
Jack receives a text from Dana with a photo of Robby not wearing his helmet, which apparently, is also normal.
It pisses Jack off, so he does what any petty husband would do, and posts the motorcycle for sale.
$200 sounds fair, right?*based on my Headcannon series from tiktok*

Summary
His magic was never supposed to reach the stage. When Yoongi’s powers break loose to save lives, the truth collides with the pressure of performing under the world’s gaze.
fun little (its not little) story about witch Yoongi and his 6 protective mortals.~spoiler ahead~
As if time had slowed, hand outstretched, Yoongi let his magic take control. For a stretch of time, the beating of a butterfly's wing, the maknae's foot paused midair before colliding with the stage. Yoongi felt his fingers tingle before color erupted from his palm; his magic was and always would be gold, shining and bright. It arched across the crowd like a net, glowing as his chest chanted endlessly. Words not leaving his lips once as he poured and poured thoughts of safety across the arena.

Summary
“I’m- I can’t convince myself to commit to a longer stay,” Robby admits, frustrated by it. “It’d be better for actually getting somewhere with antidepressants, I know, but I feel like once I take away the work and the bike and everything else I do… there’s a clock on how long I can be naked like that. When it runs out, if I’m not back on the right side, I’ll get stuck as nothing, forever.” Robby drops his face into his hand. “Why does this sound like The Little Mermaid?” he moans.
“Is this the kind of place where they throw a black bag over your head and smash your SIM card, or can I still talk to you?” Jack asks.
~After a scare on his road trip, Robby does two weeks of inpatient care in Wisconsin... and you'll never guess who he uses his phone time on~

Summary
Robby really hadn't meant for any of this to happen.
There was a bassline throbbing distant in the house, the buzz of a party on the floor below, and yet the room they were in was dark, quiet, private. The only light was the dim glow of a lava lamp on the dresser directly in front of where Robby was sitting, the purple wax erupting into oozing globs every time he glanced at it, and it illuminated two things: one, a giant tapestry of The White Album hung behind the dresser; two, the bobbing head of the man between Robby's legs.

Summary
“Well, if you’ve never tried it, that’s all the more reason to come camping with me," Jack says. "It’s less than a two-hour drive, it’s great for hiking, and my tent fits two people.”
Robby looks amused. “Are you going to protect me from bears?”
“If I have to,” Jack says, which is better than the more inappropriate, if equally true, I would take a bullet for you. “So, is that a yes?”
Robby’s dark eyes dart, briefly, to the floor, then back up to meet Jack's gaze. “Do you really want me there?”
Or: Twelve hours after Robby leaves on his sabbatical, Jack’s phone buzzes with an incoming call. Jack spends the next few weeks bullying Robby into staying in his guest room, then staying in his tent, and then just staying, period.

Summary
"Can a ghost haunt you if there's no body to prove they're gone?"
Grief is just a room you learn to live in. For eight years, Dennis made it a home. He painted the walls, rearranged the furniture the way he liked it and he left the door unlocked just in case. For whatever came next.
Eight Julys ago Michael Robinavitch walked out of the Pitt, got on his motorcycle and never came back, and each one since has been a reminder of the anniversary he couldn't mourn and the start he couldn't escape—new interns, new students, new faces filling the same old halls. Not his, never his again.
Then John Carter walked through the door.
And Dennis realized he'd never actually decided if he wanted to move on. Move out.
Title based on Sufjan Stevens "John My Beloved"
Sequel to "The Driver, the Shadow, the Hearse". I strongly recommend reading it before starting this.
Updates bi-weekly, more or less.

It cannot erase grief.
