Set after the final scene of Ep 5x6, A Decent Proposal
Fran is sick of Maxwell acting jealous with absolutely nothing to show for it. Ready to confront his behaviour, she shows up at his hotel room, only to be distracted by a hot tub and a game of Truth or Dare. With only wine for courage, flirtation takes over as things start to heat up in the steamy bathroom. But when hurt feelings are revealed, Maxwell realises that his actions have real consequences. Can he make Fran feel better?
Aka: “The one where they get into the wine back at Maxwell’s room and then get into a hot tub and then get into each other.’’

Too bad Fran realised it just as quickly as he did.
The sock puppet was fine in the end, so what was the problem?
If Maxwell assumed he had the upper hand to get her begging once more (this time for entirely different reasons), then he had entirely underestimated Fran Fine.
Oh well.
