               “—Hey, guys.” Matt chirped, and the group turned to see Matt standing a few feet away with a very young boy in his left arm, pressed against his hip. They all stared for a second. Then Edd asked what they were all thinking.

               “Matt, whose kid is that?” Edd asked, concerned. Matt just smiled and shrugged.

               “I have no idea,” Matt said nonchalantly.

               “You should— You should probably put him back,” Tom chimed in.

               “Oh, my god, I didn’t steal him, Jesus Christ.” Matt scoffed and looked at them in shock. “He was just handed to me by someone in a hurry. Like, literally dumped into my arms. I could have just taken this kid, and I could get away with it, too; these people seem to really trust me with their children. I really hope it’s not just because they think I’m a drag queen.” his face lit up with an evil, but sarcastic grin. “Quick, pop the trunk.”

               “Yes.” Tord shared his grin.

    In the aftermath of Oakhurst, Abolish returns to work, but finds himself joined by two very familiar faces. "Done with those lunatics," he definitely was not. Still, he's got a job to do, and he's going to stick at it, even with two divorced-situationship/whatever-the-hell vampires flanking him. Abolish can be professional about the whole thing. His two new coworkers, however...

    AU in which Owen and Legs both survive VSMP and join Abolish in the shadow organisation. Neither are coping with working with the other in a remotely normal fashion.

    Such a brilliant read. Owen and Legundo are the bitter divorcees who really still haven't gotten over each other and Abolish is forced to be their improv emotionally Repressed babysitter.

    "My, you have been busy," Scott said, and Legundo did not look at Scott's eyes— shut them in fact, when Scott grabbed his chin and forced his face forward. He could smell that cold breath now, like a funeral parlor, and pulled away with a grimace, hand moving to his belt—

    Scott snatched that up as well, and with a twist and a surge of inhuman strength, pressed Legundo flat to the table. His breath left him in a rush, and Scott laughed.

    Scott was shorter than Legundo, and much lighter as well. The only thing keeping him planted on the ground was his own body weight, and Legundo had the advantage of leverage.

    He still had a hand free. Legundo grabbed on to the collar of Scott's elegant coat, and put a knee into the vampire's stomach. He had the satisfaction of seeing surprise in Scott's eyes— before he was handily thrown clean off of Legundo, and over the far side of the table.

    He would not get the element of surprise again.

    (Or; Legundo gets bit by EVERY Vampire at some point or another, for varying reasons.)
