At the end of 3rd year, Peter pettigrew was proved guilty and sirius innocent, but unfortunately he still escaped capture, so anyways sirius and remus rekindled their relationship and moved into grimmauld place, so they have arranged with dumbledore for them to take custody of harry and he move in with them, and they arrive at the dursleys expecting to find both twins and had assumed may just turned out to be a squib and that why she hadn't been present at hogwarts during the events of 3rd year, but when they arrived they only found harry and a lot of questions.
