Summary
The catacombs are a mysterious place - who knows what you might find there?
Written because I’m fascinated by the catacombs under Paris (thanks to Robert Macfarlane’s book, Underland) and also Les Miserables.
Les mis made me sad (I’m reading the brick currently) so I’m pretending there’s a world in which it’s magically ok.
I have no idea if this is good or if anyone actually would want to read it.
Title is from the epilogue of the musical.

(I think all of the Killjoy/Zones slang is from ‘Killjoy Dictionary…’ by UnderscoreIsCool so thank you!)
I accidentally spent a weekend getting increasingly interested in Danger Days lore so….this is the result, for better or worse.
(This means lots of it may be either slightly wrong or vague enough for it to not matter…!!)Oh also apologies if it’s clichéd at all, that’s what comes of trying to fit in as many lyrics and references as possible.
Also, to clarify, I do not use AI. Just lots of dashes.

Basically I’ve read War and Peace too many times… Sonya and Andrei are my favourite characters.
I made Sonya a feminist by the way. Because I think she would be. So there.
Sorry if this is cringe - I’m rubbish at romance… let alone 19th century romance… where one’s a brooding ‘hero’ and the other’s a secretly opinionated wallflower…Hope you enjoy - read the book (or watch the series!) and please read to the end!!!

So it was fine. Even if Crowley couldn’t love him, he clearly liked him well enough, and that was almost the same thing.
It no doubt would have continued to be fine, or at least fine-adjacent, were it not for a narrowly averted apocalypse and several bottles of a really quite nice Riesling Aziraphale had found in the back room of his newly restored bookshop.

To understand this, one must firstly understand that Anthony Peter Havers is not crazy.
He just has a very strong sense of imagination. Or at least that’s what he is supposed to tell people. He sees people who aren’t there. He hears people who aren’t there. But that is no cause for alarm, because, as previously mentioned, he is not crazy. Just imaginative.
