    Summary

Baelor is thirty six, the crown prince, and has buried one wife already. He did not ask for another but a rebellion does not care what you ask for, and so he found himself wed to a brother half his age in the name of Targaryen unity.

Maekar is eighteen, an omega, and has spent three years at Summerhall understanding exactly what he is to his husband; an arrangement. A political necessity. An afterthought, not that this is anything new.

With the rebellion reshaping itself and a unified front to maintain, they are summoned to King's Landing to begin the marriage in earnest.

Neither of them is particularly pleased about it.

    Summary

"Apologies, Lord Lannister," Ser Duncan says, his voice steady, tone stern. Aerion has to, embarrassingly enough, go on his tiptoes to catch a look at his profile, and his face seems confident, not at all intimidated by the annoyed gaze Lannister throws him. "Prince Maekar was very clear that no one was to touch Prince Aerion without his explicit consent."

Lord Lannister makes a complicated face, as if he can't quite understand the words out of Ser Duncan's mouth. "Pardon me? No, Prince Maekar wants his son wed within the year. All of the Seven Kingdoms has heard it by now. If he expects no one to touch him, he might as well lock him in his chambers and lose the key!"

Aerion steps forward as white-hot anger flashes in his veins; he moves, intending to beat this puny little lord's insolence to a bloody pulp, but Ser Duncan throws an arm out and forcibly shoves Aerion back behind him, a warning growl on his lips.

Lord Lannister freezes. Aerion freezes. Ser Duncan stays relaxed.

    Summary

Ventress was right when she said that General Kenobi would never assume Cody’s position beneath her malevolent hands, but her reasoning had been wrong. Cody would never give the General the opportunity to take his place. One of the few comforts that he had allowed himself - the true vow he had permitted himself to make - was that he would never outlive his Jedi.

He’d endure a thousand tortures and a thousand deaths before he subjected himself to a galaxy without General Kenobi in it.

“You’re going to hurt him, Commander Cody,” Ventress whispered, and Cody startled at the sound of his name on her tongue. He did not realise that she even knew it. “I want to pity you. Martyring yourself for a Jedi who wouldn’t take your place. For a Jedi who, once you are done with him, will wish for nothing more than your death.”

Or: Obi-Wan and the 212th are held hostage by Ventress, who contrives of a unique way to torment the Jedi General by pitting his own biology against him. Locked in a cell with his alpha Commander, Obi-Wan Kenobi has to find an escape before his heat takes control.

    Summary

“I figured that you would eventually abandon your attachment to me. Perhaps if you came home more amenable to the Code. Perhaps, even, if you found a suitable partner, or a mate.

“Obi-Wan,” Anakin said slowly, like Obi-Wan was being obtuse, “why would I need a mate when I had you?”

Obi-Wan Kenobi is a Jedi Master and in service to the Church of the Force. Anakin Skywalker is his wayward Padawan who ran away from the Temple at the age of seventeen. One day, five years later, Anakin returns and slots back into Obi-Wan’s life just as easily as he did as a youngling, only it becomes clear that he means to retake his place in Obi-Wan’s life in a very different role from the first time around: as his equal, his closest confidant, and his mate. Summary

“Fuck,” Obi-Wan said. “Anakin, what’s Bly’s last name?”

    Anakin blue-screened for a moment. “Uh…”

“Fuck,” Obi-Wan said again, sliding ungracefully off the boards with a thump and putting his back to the door. “Is that—tell me that’s not Bly’s father, Anakin.” Good God, he’d never live this down.

“No,” Anakin said after a moment squinting first at the door, then Obi-Wan. A tangled mess of sound was echoing through the room as the newcomers greeted Bly and vice versa, all deep voices with light accenting—Māori, Obi-Wan remembered, slightly giddy. It was a Māori accent, because—“That’s his brother,” Anakin gold Obi-Wan. “Cody—”

“Cody Fett,” Obi-Wan said, clutching his cup a little tighter and steadfastly refusing to look over his shoulder. “He’s brothers with Cody Fett, former Olympic gold medalist and—oh, God.“
