    Dragons are fire made flesh. Targaryens claim themselves closer to gods than men, being that they alone could command such beasts. Viserys, often teased for his mild disposition, was never once likened to a dragon. Yet, it was he, rather than his hot-headed brother or judicious cousin, that was blessed with a dream.

    A self-indulgent fic for all the supporters of the Green Faction. This story follows Viserys as he reflects upon his deceased wife, gets a second chance to find love with his second wife, and starts his relationships with his children over. It's not really a 'bashing' fic, but it doesn't pay much kindness to Daemon, Rhaenyra or Aemma. This is purely for plot-driving purposes.

    There are many fics hailing Aemma as Mother Mary, and Rhaenyra as Jesus come again. Go read one of them if the tags get you salty. I take what I want from the books and show and twist the rest. No AI, and I do the proofreading myself... so, sorry if it sucks.
