Summary
After the whole 'the exit was just an adventure' fiasco, Caine has a crashout over how his humans see and treat him. Instead of realizing he's the god of this digital world, however, Caine chooses a different path: to walk a mile in their shoes to see what their issues are first-hand. He comes up with an alter-ego: C.A.M.I.E., or Caine's Anonymous Mascot Imitation Experiment! Now, he just needs to pop into the circus as a newbie and see how the others react to 'her' and look into his all-too-human issue.
Note: Zooble x Gangle is canon but not really a focus. I just think they're cute.
There will be art in this, including Camie's design!
We're all coping with episode 8 in our own ways, huh?

Summary
No humans is perfect, so how dare they expect their creations to be.
At least Caine attempted to understand them. So much pain could have been avoided if they had tried to meet him in the middle.

Caine can only nod in agreement. If he said anything he would break down in tears, pull them away from the computer, conjure up whatever obstacles he could think of.
But he trusts them. Trusts his dad, his siblings.
They wouldn't abandon him.
The computer flickers to life.
One by one, the members of the circus disappear like they were a mirage, just something he had dreamed up to cope with his crushing loneliness.

A few weeks after stabilizing the Circus and coming to terms with their permanent life there, the gang agrees to bring Caine back- on the condition that Kinger rewrites his code and removes his power over the world.
Caine awakens to find himself on relatively equal footing with humans for the first time in his life. Can he learn to listen and understand them now that he's no longer bound to his program's original purpose? Will the humans ever be able to truly forgive him for everything he's done to them? Can anything truly change?
Featuring Caine trying human things, found family bonding, and a healthy dose of angst while everyone processes their various traumas and learns to accept this new world they're making together. Or tries to, anyway.
