Darcy can't believe her luck when the hottest guy around offers to help her with the luggage as they arrive. She's not exactly sure what his deal is, and he doesn't exactly seem willing to share, though. Eventually discovering his secret doesn't stop her from inviting him to come along to her parents' house as her fake boyfriend. Bucky can't seem to stay away from the pretty brunette with the big eyes, not even when spending time with her means meeting her parents before he's even kissed her.

Summary
Darcy thinks looking at Bucky Barnes is a great way to pass time, but he's pretty scarce even though they live in the same building. After a few nudges from Steve and scamming the Secret Santa gift exchange, she manages to get Bucky alone, only to realizes he's a lot more than just a hot body. Bucky can't seem to remember how to interact with people, but Steve seems to think that the girl from the labs can help. It doesn't take long to realize that Steve might be right.

"Do you still believe that the animals can understand you?" Johannah asked and closed her book to support herself with her elbows. Louis looked at her in surprise and his small eyebrows raised in wonderment.
"Can’t they, mother?"
"Oh yes, I firmly believe that animals can listen and speak to us if we only have the ear for it. That's how we learn to take care of them." Louis began to shine.
"And who takes care of us?" Asked the seven-year-old.
"The good fairies, my sweetheart, take care of us," his mother explained to him.
"Do you believe in them? The good fairies?"
"Of course, I believe in all of these things!" Johannah smiled warmly at Louis, took his soft hands in her own, and squeezed them tight.
"Then I believe in all these things, too!" Exclaimed the little impassive figure enthusiastically. Little crinkles formed around his eyes.
Or, a prince who owns all the land, but yet is too cowardly to rule it, and an orphan boy who promised his mother something.
