the stories say one should never enter the woods, for after the land split, and hell cursed the walking world as the celestials abandoned them, creatures of the unknown began to poison its land. people disappear, sometimes they come back..wrong. sometimes, they don't come back at all.
the woods were forbidden to the common folk, only the hunters allowed to enter the domain.
..so why? what had driven them to stand here, face to face, with the hollow, curious eyes of the unknown staring right back?

Myth Of The Woods AU is an AU i made in which the blot is less a physical sickness and more a metaphor...also folklore and myth are real, just altered slightly to match the world lore i have cooked up. i'm not gonna spoil anything else
