    Harry Potter is called up to Dumbledore's office and told he was being moved elsewhere to keep him safe. He no longer has to stay at the Dursley's, but Dumbledore tells him he has to stay with Severus Snape. For a few days it seemed like a bad idea. Until Severus Snape uncovers the truth of who Harry Potter really is and what he's been through. Watch as Severus does as nobody else has done before him. He takes care of Harry. Watch him flourish into who he was meant to be, a boy with the heart of a Gryffindor and smarts of a Slytherin. The Dursley's, Umbridge and Dumbledore had better watch out Severus is out for revenge. Spy or no spy, Severus is not allowing anyone away with hurting Harry.

    genuinely one of the best Severitus fics I've ever read. This is so good, it reminds me of "Lily's Thorn" here on Ao3. The only difference is that in this fix, Snape isn't Harry's bio dad.

    I read through this so quickly (about 5 days), and I wish there was more on Harry's spouse (from the epilogue)!! I can't believe this was written from 2013-2015! Authors from back then and honestly in the early 2000s are just amazing!!

    James then laid a tentative kiss on the raven’s neck, his lips ghosting over the heated skin, flushed from the night's events.

    Severus shuddered, swallowing loudly.

    “I’m so, so sorry Sev. You didn't deserve any of this...”, James mumbled against his neck, placing another peck right below his ear.

    A lone tear slid it’s way down Severus's face, pooling in his concave collarbone as his frame was wracked with quiet sobs.

    Actually, I take that other bookmark abt theo and Harry back. THIS FIC IS MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE.

    Because not only did it hit on James's guilt, but also on Snape's home life. I love fics like this!!!!!!!!
