Liberty rolled her eyes, "Probably because I was in the year below you."
"She's my sister." Lucas said flatly.
"Dude. Why didn't you say your sister..." Steve blinked up at Liberty, clearly checking her out. "Was such a babe?"
Liberty arched an eyebrow.
This wasn't the first boy to compliment her, by far, but something about his earnestness had her...amused, to say the least.

Sam's always considered himself the more level headed out of the three of them, but when John gets mentioned—when his brother turns up for the first time in three years, bleeding and on the verge of tears, Sam sees red. Still, with Dean regressed and only just managing not to bolt, he has to keep his cool.
He licks his lips, "He did this to you?"
Dean ducks his head, his focus on Snaggles now instead of Sam. "I was bad."
