Summary
Momo Yaoyorozu is stuck in a downward spiral. She knows that she shouldn’t let her poor performance in the Sports Festival and her abysmal internship at Uwabami’s agency get to her since some of her classmates had poorer showings or went through worse internships.
Still doubts are eating away at her. Was she truly worthy of being a hero? Would she have been able to qualify for the hero course without her influential parents getting a recommendation for her? Desperate to find her footing again she had an idea. Maybe an outside perspective would help her find ways to improve and she just knew the perfect people for the job.
The star students of the Support Course Hatsume Mei and Midoriya Izuku had defied expectations during the Sports Festival. The wits, determination and sheer ferocity of the latter had carried him further than Momo, despite not having a powerful Quirk to rely on. If anybody was able to help her than it would be him.

Reality shattered like broken glass. The firmament that separated the real world from the eldritch beyond had broken. Two timelines had collided in the center of the street—an incongruous synthesis of two different chains of events. A building collapsed, and it did not. He was about to decline, when a thought popped into his head. What if, in his efforts to bring down hero society, he had one of the most powerful quirks ever recorded? Quirks were tools, after all. It would be a great addition to his arsenal against the system.
And the irony. Using the Number One Hero’s quirk against the heroes? Oh, that was perfect!
He hid the feral grin that tried to form on his lips, and instead forced his face to make the most determined expression possible.

Midoriya Izuku was a hero fanboy, all the way. He still had his doubts over how perfect heroes were, but that didn't stop him from dreaming! Even if he was quirkless, and everyone said he couldn't, he still hoped he could become a hero.
All that changed the day his best friend told him to jump off a roof, his Hero crushed his dreams, and all his faith in hero society shattered.
He now had a new dream. If society said he couldn't be a hero, he would be the one to destroy it, instead.
And what better way to bring down a system, than from within?

Despite being a nightmare made flesh he has the drive to be a hero. Even if his classmates are trying to banish him to the outer realms, or worship him as a god. Regardless, he’ll save people with a smile on his face and not eat anyone else's sanity while doing so!
