Prequel to The Omega Dragon.
For two years, omega Aegon Targaryen has grudgingly accepted a boring political betrothal to a highborn alpha from a noble family. But boredom is quickly replaced by terror when his alpha brother Aemond successfully wins a challenge to become his new betrothed. Aemond has not forgiven Aegon for the bullying he endured during their youth, and Aemond has every intention of taking his pound of flesh as vengeance.
Unfortunately for Aemond, his ruthless plans for justice will have to wait until after they're married to avoid a scandal that will weaken their House and leave the Greens vulnerable.
