Summary
The Phantom Thieves take Tokyo by storm. They change hearts, do crimes, and in the end they save the world.
A year later, with the metaverse supposedly gone, things should be getting back to normal. And they are, right up until the morning that their leader wakes up to find his home transformed into his mother's Palace, with him and his parents trapped inside.
Meanwhile, Yu Narukami is doing perfectly fine getting back to a normal life after leaving Inaba, thanks. At least, he's doing fine until he's called back to the Velvet Room and told to team up with the Phantom Thieves to save another Wild Card.

Summary
When a party between the Investigation Team and Shadow Operatives ends with the discovery of a new threat brewing in a small town up north, everyone is quick to jump in and help. There, the combined group gets the shock of a lifetime when they discover a Persona-wielding masked man in a black coat that turns out to be a dear friend of the ones from Inaba. Even more shocking is the reason for his involvement in this latest crisis.
Ren has many questions after finding out his oldest friends are all Persona-users. Between that, and the fact that a government supported team of Shadow exterminators exists as well, things are shaping up to be more complicated than ever.
