Tim is hit by one of Pamela's, AKA Poison Ivy's, pollens, the Sex Pollen.He tries to ignore the pain, the way his body recoils with each step. His mind is nothing but a dense fog and deep breaths. Tim is seven feet under water, trying to swim his way up and take a breather, but he is stuck as the pain of not reaching the surface, the pleasure, consumes him.
And in the midst of it all, only one person decides to invade his personal space in his most vulnerable time, the guy he had been only watching from afar.

Summary
As he's gotten more comfortable talking to Tim about everything, he's also started acting differently. Because Kon really doesn't mind flying some extra, he's started going with Tim to Gotham after missions or team practice, and only after seeing him walk into his home, flying back to Smallville.
Tim waits for Kon at the exit before leaving whenever Kon gets stuck talking to someone at the Tower while he's trying to leave. He takes that as encouragement to continue.

Summary
An all lowercase email? Really? That’s how Tim’s… propositioning Kon? Through their official Titans work emails? Kon doesn’t buy it. He can’t for his own sanity, especially considering the particularly unhinged subject line that he will… not be counting as a genuine question.
Oh, but the answer is yes. Obviously.
Or: in Send to All by cairosene, an email entirely intended to die in Tim’s drafts is sent to Kon. This is how that pans out, off the screens.
