The issue: Hisoka enjoyed punishment. In fact he sought it out.
For years, Illumi tested Hisoka’s limits, discovering the man had none. Torture, manipulation, poison all had no effect. And there was no way he’d switch to positive reinforcement. It wasn’t like the clown gave him an option to, with how often he irritated Illumi.
So Illumi devised a plan. To finally wipe the sickly grin off Hisoka Morow’s sculpted face, he approached the issue like any other assassination job. He evaluated the situation and discerned what he knew.

Summary
The gang (the extended gang) gets together for the first time in a long time for a big party hosted by Leorio & Zepile.
Except it's at a love hotel and somehow they end up playing King's Game, which is all well and good until Killua gets dared to sit on Gon's lap for the rest of the game.
King's Game: people draw sticks, winner is King and gets to name a dare. The owners of the respecive sticks (e.g. 1 and 2) have to do the dare.
