Rumlow suddenly seized the back of Steve’s neck and yanked him close, their faces mere inches apart. “C’mon, Cap,” he growled, voice thick with exertion and something darker, hungrier. “You hit harder than that.” His thigh shoved aggressively between Steve’s legs, pressing firmly against his crotch. Patroclus felt warm, not just from the heat of their previous adventures, but as usual, he always felt warm. “Oh my Achilles. . “ he whispers. Cradling the back of his golden hair into his fingers. Pushing his face further into his neck. Like cradling a babe.
“I mean it so-!” He exclaims suddenly, pulling Patroclus’ leg over him, earning a pitiful noise of some discomfort. “Anyone who speaks it is an idiot.”
“Is that so?” He asks, wrapping his arms around his neck, his leg resting over him as they lay on the white sheets.
“Yes.” Achilles speaks proud. “My Patroclus. A fool, a joke for the ages to love.” He grins, ear to ear.
Or; Patroclus and Achilles breach into the sudden thrush of parenthood.
