Click. Dazai softly pushed the door open and stepped into the house. The door fell back into place. It was a sound he had heard lots of times before and for some reason it felt calming. As if he left all the stress and pain outside. He kicked his shoes off into the usual corner and looked into the mirror. He looked like shit. But what was new? His gaze fell on the pictures and drawings that were pinned to the wall. A collection of photos from the port’s people. The Black Lizards, Kouyou and the Elise…even his own subordinate. The drawings were ugly and obviously from kids.
Dazai scoffed.
They weren’t new.
Of course his dog had gone and befriended half of the mafia. Hell, the children seemed to love him. Including the Demon Prodigy’s subordinate.
