Summary
Keeping the peace in the Hotel was proving more and more difficult for Alastor now that Lucifer had moved in, but he tried his best to remain polite and not try to kill the King of Hell even if he did keep destroying his property.
For his part, Lucifer was finding entertainment where he could by pissing off the red headed deer and watching him struggle to not lose his ever loving shit to remain in his daughter's good books.
However, when Alastor proposes at least a temporary truce to keep the Hotel safe, Lucifer begins to see the Radio Demon as more than a rival and perhaps a possible ally.
And when Lucifer organised an accidental date, well, maybe Alastor's mind began to change as well, even if he had never thought of anyone in that way before.

Summary
Months after the whole situation with Vox, Charlie asks Alastor a tiny little favour.
With this favour, Alastor discovers something new about the King of Hell that no one else had known: The King of Hell was an Omega.
An Omega in heat, no less.
So he makes a little deal with Charlie - he attends to the King's needs during his heat and he gets something he wants.
Never did he expect that looking after a needy omega would have... such results.

POV alternating writing style!
After 50 years in space, Kars crash lands in the desert. The crusaders, who had just arrived in Africa, have to make an important decision on what to do with him before Kars regains his full awareness. Will the pillar man join the crusaders, or set out to destroy humanity in the name of his fallen allies?
General outline (spoilers):
Follow the crusaders as they journey throughout Egypt, with the glory god fights rewritten, new content, new relationships and new goals. Includes scenes redone, such as the Alessi fight to be more acceptable, funny and wholesome relationships, as well as classic JoJo troubles and trials. This is a Kars centered fanfic, but the majority of the writing is not based around him.
There will also likely be a diu sequel written to it.

Summary
The battle against Adam leaves Alastor more injured than anyone realizes.
Despite their mutual dislike, Lucifer refuses to let him die—not for Alastor’s sake, but for Charlie’s. Using a tremendous amount of demonic power to heal the Radio Demon, Lucifer unknowingly triggers an ancient biological condition Alastor has spent decades hiding: a heat cycle.
When the dust settles, both demons agree to never speak of it again.
Unfortunately, Hell has other plans.
Sinners don’t get sick. They don’t gain weight. And they certainly don’t end up pregnant.
As nausea turns into suspicion and suspicion turns into certainty, Alastor is forced to face a reality more terrifying than any Exorcist army:
He’s carrying Lucifer Morningstar’s children.
Unfortunately, keeping a pregnancy hidden is far more difficult than Alastor anticipated.
For the first time in decades, the Radio Demon finds himself fighting a battle he cannot simply outsmart, overpower, or broadcast away.
One that grows larger by the day.
