Summary
For once Zenitsu is the only one awake. Tanjiro and Inosuke lie comatose after their battle in the Entertainment district, and Zenitsu is alone, full of grief and regret. But things only get worse for Zenitsu when word reaches the Butterfly Mansion of people going missing in Osaka. A large group of demons are on the prowl, and the local demon slayers can't catch them.
Shinobu dispatches Kanao to hunt them down and chooses Zenitsu to be her guide, and to help her learn to communicate, if they have the time. But this is more than a mission for Zenitsu, and it's not the real demons he's scared of this time. He must reflect on how far he's come since joining the Demon Slayer Corps, and whether he's turning into the man he wants to be.
He's going to the one place he swore he'd never go. Zenitsu is going home.

Kageyama Tobio has always been a weird kid.
He’s blunt, brash, sports a scowl more often than a smile, and has the tendency to somehow manage to unnerve people just by looking at them a certain way. All this when he isn’t seemingly off staring into space or (according to some accounts) talking to himself. On a good day, he’s cold and aloof. On others, he’s painfully awkward and clearly wants nothing to do with the social niceties that everyone else just seems to get.
If only things could be that simple and his strangeness could end there. But, nooo, he just had to be able to see the fucking spirits.

Fall begins, and much like the dying leaves surrounding him, Inosuke finds his life stagnating in a way it never has before. With nothing but a feeling he refuses to think about, he begins to realize he's slowly losing his chance to figure out what's plaguing his being.
Of course, it doesn't help that no one bothers to dig below that tough exterior and notice he's drowning.

Summary
Freezing nights in the mountain, spent on edge with one hand on his wooden spear. Cold fear flooding his veins as he fought off male boar- fighting to earn his name among his passel. Cold days spent in a hellish fever- cold sweats racking through his body as infection reigned his wounds. Feeling his fingers and toes grow too cold against the elements, fighting for something to cover up with. The coldness he faced after his mother boar passed- how cold he felt when he figured out what death was.
But when running through that winding demon house- the ones with the pretty sounds, as inosuke remembers- seeing a beautiful boy with a scar on his forehead and hearing the wailing of another; all he can remember is warmth.
Or:
Being in a relationship is warm, Inosuke knows. Tanjiro is the sun and Zenitsu is a rainbow after thunderstorms.
And yet, the coldness creeps in.
(Ps this is part of a series! Its not entirely necessary to read the first part but its helpful!)

Summary
Senjuro knew he was useless. He knew it even before his blade refused to change colour. Constantly berated and pushed down, Senjuro placed his fate in that of the hands of others, trusting himself to keep them happy and healthy if only to show his purpose somewhere.
Still, it never prepared him for his brother's words, eyes widening as he finally realized he might have a chance.
That he might just prove his father wrong.
In which Senjuro doesn't become Rengoku's tsuguko, but Tomioka's instead.
