Dungeon Core Lily is an affectionate porny LitRPG parody, answering the age-old question: what kind of idiot would turn you into a dungeon core your girlfriend couldn't fuck?
Please mind the tags; in addition to wholesome monsterfucking and some weird kinks related to the whole setup, there's going to be some body horror and dubcon at the beginning, in the "sex pollen made them do it, but they enjoyed it anyway~" vein.
Each chapter will have content notes up front. All characters are 21 or older. Most of them will probably be trans women; don't be weird about it!

For most people in Sinnoh, hell any region really, lives are one of enjoyment and ease. People who want to stay home, stay home, finding a partner from the Pokémon that wander into town. For those with a bit more wanderlust, head out to the fields, usually the only risk being fucked so stupid that they have to be dragged home. Thanks to Pokémon, people are happy, healthy, and satisfied, oh so satisfied.
Or most are, there are some rare exceptions. Fights happen, relationships sour, and even if most would prefer not to think about it, not everyone is the picture of health. Some people have more than the occasional case of the sniffles, some people are born with conditions that rule their entire life. Some people are sick of being cooped up in the back room of a hospital.
Some person might have planned an escape.
