Desmond fulfilled his destiny, as was foretold. He lived four different lifetimes, give or take a few, and just wanted some damned rest, away from responsibility and the weight of the world on his shoulders. What does he get instead? A new world to save and a fantastical evil he was in no way prepared for. An Assassin works in the shadows, but Desmond is raised up as the figurehead of a religion he doesn't believe in, to save a world not his own, and be the leader of an army. The question isn't can he do it, the question is how.

One of All for One's greatest joys in life right now is methodically breaking down the psyches of his multitude of therapists. It's the main reason he's allowed himself to stay in prison for so long.
This new shrink is different though... All for One finds he actually enjoys their sessions and looks forward to them every week. It's odd, yet refreshing.
Unfortunately, an hour of conversation once a week no longer feels like enough. It's about time for All for One to return to the world, but this time he won't be alone.
