Summary

The villain is waiting for him. Back turned as he hums absentmindedly. Hawks calls a primary to his hand, sharpening it into a blade. He doesn’t advance, though, watching the figure cautiously instead. Hearing him, the man finally turns, and Hawks is struck by how familiar he looks.
He’s never met this man before in his life, but his features, his eyes, there's something about them that Hawks is certain he’s seen before. They feel almost intimately familiar. Just who is he?
“I’m so glad we can finally meet, Hawks.”
“Who are you?”
“You can call me Touya,” Touya says, and for some reason, the name strikes him as awfully familiar, the same as the rest of him.
“Touya…” It’s his first name, a bit too intimate for Hawks’ liking. “What do you want?”
Touya blinks at him innocently, stepping a little closer, and for some reason, Hawks can’t find the will to move away.
“You.”

Dottore is dead, and he's left Pantalone alone do deal with his mess. Attempting to continue on as a grieving widow is a much more difficult thing than he had ever imagined. It appears the man infamous for being heartless, does have something still beating in his ribcage after all.
Unbeknownst to him, and everyone else, he won't be grieving for much longer.

18 scoffed at the sheer sentimentality. A preposterous notion, a weak emotion. Ill-suited for the rational mind, and for inflated fools to praise themselves along with their fragile egos. 25 only shook his head at the utter absurdity he was displaying.
