Izuku is irritated. If this idiot doesn't leave him alone, he'll miss out on Kaachan's walk home. His taunts mean nothing, because really he couldn't care less. Izuku takes a glance at the rando's fingers- his quirk lets them elongate, but also makes his bones more brittle. Izuku mulls over biting them off, ending the conversation there.
That was then. Now, he's sitting in the principal's office, even more irritated.

Summary
Quirks are evolving, new technology quirks appearing everyday and new technology appearing with every quirk, it was just a thing of time until GLaDOS could do something, her own mind trapped in the body of a child, with just a little effort their minds aligned.
At four years old, Midoriya Izuku got a new robotic feminine voice and a new dream; Experiment, invent, research (On the people who are still alive), his knowledge growed, human biology being a easy subject and basically finishing High School at six years old (He won a world record).
He remembers everything to make his beloved turrets and his machines, his portal gun and his shock absorption legs, so he gets into UA without problems and makes some friends on the way.
_Basically, Izuku goes by GLaDOS, he re-makes his turrets and All For One is terrified of his son (But he still makes everything possible to get materials for him).
