Summary
Of course he knew it was just Uzi. He knows he doesn’t have to expect pain. He knows he won’t have to stomach seeing the gore of his own lifeless, discarded body from the perspective of his core. He knew that when he opens his eyes, he’ll be greeted with the placid lavender hue of Uzi’s room and welcomed with solace and familiarity. When he opens his eyes, he won’t be in the desolate hallway of the cabin fever labs. There won’t be the ineffable smell of meat and metal. There won’t be hurt, and it won’t be Cyn.

Summary
Bright, caring golden eyes met her newly yellow and purple hued ones with a softness she couldn't even begin to put into words. She found herself hopelessly lost in them for that short, tender moment they shared, just bathing in each other's gaze. Her visor had begun to bloom with bright purple blush, and she could feel herself melting under his watch. The roaring thunder in her head dissipated and her fans kicked in to cool the heat engulfing her body. Her core raced. Her breath hitched in her throat. God, why did he have to be so damn cute and-

Spark, an out going and determined Merithical is given the weight of the world when she is prophesied to single handedly reunite her species. Despite her stubbornness, Spark must learn how to work together and, yuck, be social. What could possibly go wrong with a little help?

OR: After everything has finally settled down, some of Uzi's classmates still have grudges against her, and their words spark up some nasty self-loathing Uzi had been trying to ignore. Meanwhile, N has to deal with a virus- or at least, that's what he thinks it is. Why else would he keep having these weird flashbacks of the mansion and the solver and being torn apart? Definitely just sick. He's not repressing anything. Nuh uh.
