One night after their regular drinking at their usual place, Chairman Dojima tells Mine he wants to go to a club. Mine follows him, not wanting to leave him alone when he's already had enough to drink. It doesn't prevent him from drinking even more. When a stranger tries to take advantage of it, Mine has enough. He takes his chairman to his car to drive him home, safe and sound.
That is what he wants to do but things get complicated when he notices his chairman's condition.

"The man then walked around to the other side of the bench and sat down. There was at least two feet between them, but to Mine, it felt like they might as well have been shoulder to shoulder. His annoyance steadily rising, he glanced over.
‘Hm?’
The man looked to be about his age, but Mine didn't recognize him from any classes or around campus. He wore a black suit with the jacket open, a black T-shirt underneath, and a silver chain and cross around his neck. He pulled out a pack of cigarettes and lit one up. A few minutes passed and he said nothing else. Mine really wasn't sure what to make of him. Though, he had to admit there was something about him. He couldn't quite figure it out or put words to it. Maybe… captivating?"
It's the Fall of 1995 and the new semester just started for Mine. While studying outside, he runs into a suspicious looking young man, who doesn't seem to want to leave him alone. Daigo was early to his meeting with Mine. The truth was, he was actually late. He had suddenly been hit with another emergency, so they’d rescheduled to a couple of hours later. It turned out that his previous emergency had taken less time than he had expected, and now he was thirty minutes early to the late meeting.
He hadn’t called Mine, it wasn’t worth disturbing him for a matter of minutes, and Daigo didn’t mind waiting at the door to Mine’s office for half an hour.
When he got there, however, the usually closed door was cracked open just enough for Daigo to catch a glimpse of what was going on inside.
He saw Kanda standing and holding onto something, thrusting his hips into it and grunting with a satisfied smirk.
