He formed a family that at first he did not want, but I suppose we can take that as a good thing, a prince should not admit such weakness as misery in oneself.

Summary
After the kira case, Light and Lawliet try to build a relationship with the pieces that didn't end up damaged, although the weight they carry makes it hard for them to see the gap between their actions. Their routine makes them get closer among the trivial things happening around them, thus developing their relationship.
Matsuda is with them to try to make their relationship as normal as possible.
