Summary
In the beginning, there were two entities. Space and Time. One day when Time was sad he couldn't do two things at once, Space made him a second reality. Thus the Infinite Realms (Reality) was born. Time liked to fiddle with the different timelines and keep the different versions of reality going, Space liked to incarnate his existence into different realities. And Reality liked to make them both new small universes and realities to play with. Reality has an important rule that it/they must fallow: Each realm answers the wish that Space made in the last realm.

Summary
