Summary
Growing up, the girls always teased him for being flat as a board. Kyoya, for one, thought that he had won the genetic lottery.

In the blading world, he was allowed to present himself in whichever way he wanted. Out there, on the battle field, no one called him a girl. He protected all the mushy, tender, vulnerable parts of his soul with a gruff attitude and overwhelming aggression in the arena. Deep down, Kyoya feared that his trans identity made him less of a man. Then, Kyoya dared to open the walls which guarded his heart, and he found unconditional acceptance on the other side.Aka: Local angry trans man, Kyoya Tategami, makes friends against his will. Join him as he struggles with his body, his identity, and the need to be cool all the damn time. He even falls in love!

Summary
"Sho, come look at this.” Hizashi calls for his attention.
He turns, passing a pair of brown dress shoes and a PlayStation controller in a dusty gift bag, seemingly never used, and steps closer to Hizashi, who's holding a small, desaturated blue book. No, not a book—Shota is pretty sure it's some sort of journal. He can faintly make out the faded figure of a black cat on the cover. He leans over Hizashi's shoulder and he shifts to hold it in a way that lets Shota see the inside.
Pages and pages filled with Oboro's scrawl, written with the date, the month, the year, even the time just above each entry.
“It looks like these date back to about 14 years ago.” Hizashi points out, running his fingers over the edge of the paper. “These pages are old. I think it's his journal or something.”
“Yeah.” Shota agrees.
“I think we should take this one.”

Shota and Hizashi read through Kurogiri's journal and decide to try talking to a man mentioned a surprising amount in it to get a better grasp on who he was; so they visit Atsuhiro Sako in prison.
