This is really good!
When voldemort rises for the cauldron and sees a scrawny underfed Harry Potter tied to the headstone, he realizes a victory against a child wouldn't scream power and victory... so instead he kidnaps Harry and brings him to Malfoy Manor and treated as a "guest". During Harry's stay, Snape and Voldemort uncover the abuse Harry has suffered under the Dursleys and seek to help him recover. Meanwhile, the Wizarding world thinks that Harry killed Cedric and escaped, that is until Marvolo Slytherin appears and reveals that it was Pettigrew. Then, right in front of Snape and Marvolo, Harry gets kidnapped (AGAIN) by a vigilante group known as the Fronde who don't associate with the Order or the Death Eaters. They torture and interrogate Harry, and after realizing Rookwood had died in a neighboring cell, Harry's accidental magic kills and vaporizes his captors and Marvolo finds Harry. They now live in Slytherin castle/Manor, and Marvolo legally adopts Harry after the trial.
Recently, Marvolo tried dueling practice with Harry but could not defeat Harry, so he ends up in a minor rage spooking him. In an attempt to remediate, he tries to set up a party for Harry, inviting the Weasleys, Hermoine, and Neville... but no one came 😭 And so with some quick thinking, Marvolo gathers the death eaters children and brings them to the party instead. -

Summary
At the start of Tom's Fifth Year at Hogwarts something happens that has never happened before. A transfer student comes to Hogwarts. He is scarred from what looks to be magic. Everyone was excited to see if he was interesting being new until he was sorted into Hufflepuff. To make things worse when classes start he only takes three classes that were typically mandatory. The rest of his classes are electives. So people begin to ignore him as being barely above a squib. Until one of the 7th Year Gryffindors decide to escalate their bullying of him by attacking him with magic and he uses an unknown form of magic to defend himself.

Something came whizzing down the kitchen chimney as he spoke and caught him sharply on the back of the head. The next moment, thirty or forty letters came pelting out of the fireplace like bullets.
“That does it!” he snapped, his beady little eyes focused solely on Harry, “It’s you that they want. And they won’t stop coming after us until you’re… gone”.
Harry didn't like the sound of that.
“But Vernon, we can’t! You heard what that- that despicable old man told us!”
“Don’t worry, pet” Vernon said, his nasty grin triumphant, “I’ll leave him someplace so far away that those freaks will never trace him back to us. There’s an institute up north, for these- these hopeless cases and whatnot - St Brutus's Secure Centre for Boys. I’ll leave him there, and then we can get back to our nice, normal life”.Or, the one where Harry doesn't attend Hogwarts in first year but finds his way to the wizarding world anyway, and this changes everything.

Harry and Tom are now officially in a secret relationship, Harry has presented his new bill to the Wizengamot, and the ex auror who tried to kill Snape and Harry in Knockturn was murdered by Barty.
Recently, Harry cast a thestral patronus for the first time, wandless and wordless I might add, and Remus, Sirius and Snape are now officially dating.
Last chapter, Tom gifts Harry the resurrection stone for his birthday. Tom is fully aware of the hollows and is secretly planning to make Harry the MOD to make him immortal.
