Perhaps, Edd reasoned, it was the almost reverent tone with which some kids said it: Kevin’s pack. It wasn't thrown around as a playful moniker but rather, loaded with a certain measure of respect. (Then there was the way Kevin said it, when he thought no one save his fellow comrades were within hearing vicinity. His pack.)

Summary
