Yeosang was washing the dishes when the door was kicked open. Jumping out of his skin, he spun around and found that same man, face still hidden, with those same piercing eyes that gave him chills down his spine. His heart pounded in his chest that grew with each stride over to him.
“The money?” His voice was as sharp as his glare, leaving Yeosang to bite the inside of his cheek as he was caged in. Backed up into the corner , his words were caught in his throat as he tried to explain that there was no money. His hesitancy seemed enough. “You know what we do to people who steal from us?”
Yes. Those people that dare try and betray the Sirens were beaten black and blue. If they were lucky they were just killed so that they didn’t have to deal with the pain of broken bones and sliced skin or gunshot wounds. His head nodded slowly.
“Well, good thing there’s another way of payment.”

Or; Yeosang stupidly borrowed money from one of the more dangerous gang, the Siren's with no way of paying them back. Luckily the outlaw that accompanied Hongjoong is a lot more generous than his leader and allowing the poor farm boy another way to pay them back.
