Summary
Jim and Spock have done their duty raising David, who is in a wonderful marriage with a little one of his own. But the surprises aren't over for the Kirk-Spock clan, and what happens next will either bond them or totally derail them. Warnings for total surprises and unusual experiences. I don't want to give it all away yet, but this is going to get hairy.

Summary
I always figured Spock would be a little slow on the uptake, and Jim isn't one to express his feelings, so naturally somebody gets hurt. But I'm back to being me; it's a love story, don't worry. The song I was listening to when I wrote this was "Let Her Go" by Passenger. Ironically enough, as I edited it, "Every Morning" by Sugar Ray came on. My muse has a weird sense of humor. Take that as you may.
