Summary
Jennifer Jareau is a recovering drug addict - a fact that only two people in her life know. That was the way she originally intended, and that was what she promised herself would remain.
But sometimes the emotion gets too much. Sometimes her people aren't always available.
So, she finds herself slowly starting to reveal a part of herself, that she swore would remain hidden, to the new recruitment at the BAU - Emily Prentiss, who had a few secrets of her own.
Feelings JJ thought she had repressed during childhood begin their emergence, and she tries everything to keep them at bay.
But when you're in love, there's almost nothing you can do to stop it. No matter how hard you wish and pray, to a God you may or may not believe in, for the feeling to go away.
And really, JJ knew she was a goner the second she laid eyes on Emily.
