This was the complete wrong thing to say to try to calm Ian’s anxiety. This mistake was apparently evident, judging by the slight upturn of Yassen’s lips as Ian glared at him.
"Why are you here and not watching Alex get ready to dance on stage dressed as cutlery?”
“Because Alan Blunt decided he wanted to die by my hand.”
(Or, Yassen can't imagine life with Ian, and together they try to balance work and personal lives.)
