Yuuji’s life changes after his grandfather’s death.
When did his grandpa meet Gojo-san, anyway? Yuuji had always thought he’d end up staying with a distant relative, or at least someone his grandpa knew well, and not the guardian of one of his friends.
His stomach churns, too warm and uncomfortable. Something feels wrong.
“Hey,” he says to the woman in front of him. “What was that thing I drank?”
She spares him a single glance. “Something to help bind you to the Lord Alpha.”
“You mean Gojo-san? Help bind me how?”
He doesn’t get an answer. He doesn’t get a chance to pursue one either, not when their whole entourage stops in front of a dark, wooden door.

or Omegaverse where instead of killing mangled Suguru at the end of JJK 0, Satoru hashes up a plan to take the curse user home instead, treats him, and makes a deal with the higher-ups to mate the omega and make a few heirs in exchange for Suguru no longer being executed.
They heal along the way and maybe they manage to prevent a tragedy.

Megumi’s breath escapes him in uneven pants, his gaze dropping to settle on Yuuji’s mouth: plush, parted, glistening faintly from where he must’ve bitten his lip at some point. The question slips out before he can stop it, hoarse and rough, woven through with a vulnerability he rarely allows himself:
“Can I kiss you?”
Yuuji blinks once, surprise and confusion flickering briefly across his face before melting into something like exasperated affection. He reaches up, cupping Megumi’s jaw with one hand, thumb brushing through the slick mess there without even the slightest hint of disgust.
“God, you’re such an idiot,” Yuuji murmurs, voice thick from his cries, but warm. Always so, so warm. “Yes.”

Those words didn’t seem to fit coming out of Megumi’s mouth but he always showed him with his actions.
“I show it too.” Yuji said, quietly. “Because saying those words to you, it’s different.”
“How so?”
Yuji averted Megumi’s gaze, fixing his jack collar. The three words lingering on his tongue made his face heat and his hands tremble.
“I only want to say it, when I mean it.” Megumi turned towards the gates. “What about you?”
OR
Yuji doesn't notice when Megumi gets jealous and Megumi doesn't know how to properly explain the feeling.

“You look pretty good,” Gojo croons, eyes roving over the way his shirt seems to hang off Yuuji’s much more compact form. He brightens up, pleased. “You should borrow more stuff – I wouldn’t mind, you know.” Then, far too casually for it to actually be casual, he asks, “Mind helping me put stuff away while you wait for yours to finish up?”
Megumi stares, disbelieving. Next to him, Itadori perks up like a puppy, given the chance to earn a treat. “Sure! I’m pretty used to folding laundry on my own, so with the both of us we’ll finish pretty quickly.”
And when Itadori rises from the couch to trod after him, metaphorical tail wagging at the chance to be helpful, Megumi shifts from staring blankly at the words in his book to staring blankly at the ceiling. This cannot be his life now.
